V’s Ratings Rise, And So Does Our Interest In A 2nd Season

The 14% rise in ratings for ABC’s V last night may make that show’s return next season more likely according to the Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed blog. Much like Fox’s choice between Human Target and Lie To Me (although both shows ended up getting renewed today, much to the disappointment of we gladiatorial television industry watchers), the alphabet network is rumored to be faced with a choice between renewing the revamped alien invasion series or the lower-rated-yet-cheaper-to-make FlashForward. There is one good reason to hope that V does get a second year: A promise that we’d finally get to see the lizards in their own skins in an early episode.

Hey! Glad to hear there will be more Human Target. I liked it. I hope “V” comes back, I watched bits and pieces of a “V” (80′s)marathon it was pretty bad, this ones really good. a quick observation “Heros” was on the block also but hasn’t it been since the second season. later!

A lot of people watched V last night because they left the TV on while they were trying to figure out what the hell happened on Lost.

V is 1,000,000,000x better than Flash Forward. Man that show is bad!
