I loved Gary's gubernatorial run in California. It's nice to see he had a sense of humor about himself in his later years. Whether you loved or hated the guy, EVERYONE knew who he was. One of the most visible members of American pop culture. A big loss.

Very sad. For most of us Generation Xers he was as much a big part of our culture. Although he had to put himself out there the last 10-15 years or so to make a living, I will always have fond memories of watching him on television, Diff'rent Strokes or many of his numerous appearances on other shows and movies. He will be missed.

RIP Gary Coleman you will be missed.

I like many people here I'd imagine grew watching Diff’rent Strokes. The immortal line's include “Whatchu talkin' about Willis”, and the “Whatchu talkin' about Dad” were famous in the late 70's and early 80's.

May God protect you and watch over you!
