Russell Brand Steals The Batmobile

What do Russell Brand and Batman have in common? As far as we know, they won’t be sharing the big screen together — but the Get Him to the Greek comedian might be hopping in the Caped Crusader’s ride nonetheless.

Cinematical stumbled upon the New York City shoot of the Brand-starring Arthur remake yesterday, where the production is apparently utilizing a Batmobile design circa Batman Forever. What the Batmobile is doing in the film is anybody’s guess, but my interest in the remake of the Dudley Moore classic has just gone up by… well, a lot.

MY GRAMMAR IS USUALLY OK, BUT PLEASE READ AS:'BUT GIVING HIM THE PART IN A REMAKE OF ARTHUR'. 'OK ARTHUR' SOUNDS LIKE A NEW CARTOON WITH THAT LAD THAT HAD A FOOTBALL SHAPED HEAD A FEW YEARS BACK.
