Today at Comic-Con International, Disney debuted a stunning new trailer for Tron: Legacy, the eagerly anticipated sequel to the 1982 sci-fi classic.

The film follows Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), as he looks into his father’s disappearance. Sam soon finds himself pulled into the same world of Programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. With Kevin’s loyal confidante (Olivia Wilde), the two begin a life-and-death journey across a cyber-universe that’s become far more advanced and dangerous.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski, Tron: Legacy stars Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Bruce Boxleitner, James Frain, Beau Garrett and Michael Sheen. The film opens on Dec. 17.

But I hope the final film isn't heavy on the overused slow-motion.

Don't know if its intentional, but I find young Flynn's CGI-face terribly disturbing.
