Spider-Man To Start Shooting In December

The release date has been set as July 2012 for quite some time, but now Sony’s Spider-Man reboot has set a date to begin shooting.

Empire Magazine reports that Sony has announced that the movie will start shooting this December in LA, with Andrew Garfield in the title role and Marc Webb directing. This doesn’t just mean that the movie will have somewhere in the region of one year’s worth of post-production time, but also that they only have a few months to cast the remaining roles; start your speculation engines now.

I've always thought Isla fisher would be the perfect Mary Jane, but I don`t think she has the right age for this take on the character

Man, I miss Spider-man. Truth be told I don't know why Mary Jane is in the books or in the movies. All it does it remind readers how bad the books are now and how they killed the character. Spider-man is a dead character, his book has no point and they made him into the worst person in the world. It's amazing, the book is terrible yet the people at Marvel act as if they did the best thing possible On top of getting rid of the marriage they promised readers endless stories about identity reveals and bizarre magic stories that weren't really there. They were hyped-up things that were promised, then they moved on. Terrible.

    I hope the movie bombs.
