Lost‘s Sawyer To Switch To The Good Guys?

NBC’s reboot of The Rockford Files has come back from the dead – and may have one of the best pieces of (re)casting news we’ve heard in a long time. Who’ve thought that Lost was a dress rehearsal?

Josh Holloway is apparently up to be the new Jim Rockford, according to Entertainment Weekly, as NBC retools their failed pilot with a new star after Dermot Mulroney’s unsuccessful turn as the private eye. Before we get too excited, EW’s source says that Holloway isn’t in serious talks for the role yet, with other actors also being discussed, but come on; he’d be perfect. If we have to suffer through Daniel Dae Kim having to work on Hawaii Five-O, then why can’t we get a good new show from a Lost actor…? And, no, FlashForward really didn’t count.

Crap, I was hoping from the title that he was going to actually guest-star on/join the cast of the tv show “The Good Guys.”

Although I think he could knock this outta the park, He has done his time on TV, I wanna see him on the big screen now.

Agreed. I'd been hoping for Lost to end since I heard about an Avengers movie. I had hopes he would play Hawkeye. Those hopes dashed, I'd still like to see him in “Your Universe”.
