Ayer Reveals Jared Leto's Tattooed "Suicide Squad" Joker
AMC’s TV series adaptation of The Walking Dead has reportedly already been cleared for a second season, which means there should be lots of episode opportunities ahead for producer/director Frank Darabont to work in a part for his friend and former Mist collaborator Thomas Jane. Jane, meanwhile, is adamant that he wants to get on the show at AMC’s earliest convenience.
“I’m going to come on and do a guest thing,” Jane told NBC’s PopcornBIz blog. “Maybe play a bad guy.”
The former Punisher actor’s affinity for comic books is no secret, but he believes AMC’s new zombie series is going to be something special.
“That show is going to be a a big f—– hit,” he said. “I’ve seen it and is fan-f—- tactic.”
His guest appearance doesn’t sound like it’s been set in stone yet. Jane knows what he wants to do to a certain extent, though, and he definitely wants to be human.
“I’m not going to be a zombie,” he explained. “That’s too much make up.”
