Vaughan & Chiang's "Paper Girls" Builds a Familiar Yet Disconcerting World
J.J. Abrams, who just sold the prison drama Alcatraz to Fox and the crime thriller Person of Interest to CBS, is reportedly pitching a series that would reunite Lost co-stars Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn.
That’s right: Benjamin Linus and John Locke, together again!
Vulture reports that the series — a comedic drama about former black-ops agents — may be rooted in an idea for a “TNT-type” show about suburban hitmen that O’Quinn floated back in February. Mutual admirers, he and Emerson have both expressed interesting in working together, although in something more lighthearted than Lost.
The new project, which apparently carries the working title Odd Jobs, is being developed by Abrams with frequent collaborators Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec (Alias, Mission Impossible IV).
