First Fright Night Photos Debut

Moviefone has premiered the first official photos from Fright Night, director Craig Gillespie’s 3D remake of the 1985 cult horror-comedy.
The DreamWorks film stars Anton Yelchin as Charlie Brewster, an excitable teenager who becomes convinced that new neighbor Jerry Dandridge (Colin Farrell) is a vampire, and turns to Las Vegas magician Peter Vincent (David Tennant) for help. Fright Night also features Toni Collette as Charlie’s mother, Imogen Poots as his girlfriend Amy Peterson, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse as his best friend Evil Ed.
The movie opens on Aug. 19.
