"Justice League": Exploring How Superman Returns (Again)

Following last week’s explosive trailer, Starz has released a behind-the-scenes video for Torchwood: Miracle Day, the hotly anticipated fourth season of the hit BBC sci-fi series.
The 10-episode season, which stars returning cast members John Barrowman, Eve Myles and Kai Owen, begins on a day when, all across the world, nobody dies and, as creator Russell T. Davies reveals in the video, Capt. Jack Harkness has disappeared.
The cast and crew give the new, action-packed season the hard sell, with Barrowman promising, “We have bags of action. We are oozing with action.”
It’s also oozing with sexuality, apparently. Many Torchwood fans had expressed concern that Starz, an American network, might tone down the escapades of the series’ immortal bisexual hero. They needn’t worry, Barrowman said, teasing that Jack ““gets to have full-on boy-sex a couple of times.”
“I knew they would be true to the show and not change drastically,” he told Entertainment Weekly. “If it was watered down, I wouldn’t have done it. For those people who are our stanch fans, it’s going to have the heart and soul of Torchwood which we’ve always had, plus the energy and excitement of a show that’s bigger and better.”
