"Tomb Raider" Finds Its Lara Croft in "Ex Machina's" Alicia Vikander

Genndy Tartakovsky has got some strong creative juices flowing through him. The Star Wars: Clone Wars, Samurai Jack and Dexter’s Laboratory creator will next turn his attention to the dark and stormy mountains of Eastern Europe in the Sony Pictures Animation comedy Hotel Transylvania. The story follows Dracula, owner of the titular hotel that boasts a monstrous clientele, as he tries to keep his daughter from getting involved with a young traveler.
The studio has confirmed that Adam Sandler will voice the lead Dracula role. He’s just one part of an impressive ensemble that includes Kevin James (Frankenstein), Fran Drescher (the Bride of Frankenstein), David Spade (Quasimodo), Cee Lo Green (mummy), Steve Buscemi (werewolf), Molly Shannon (werewolf as well) and Andy Samberg (Jonathan, the young traveler). The story sounds cute, you know it’s going to look gorgeous with Tartakovsky visuals and the cast is primo. It should be noted that Green’s mummy can sing, which means we can probably expect a monster-fied mash-up of his summer 2010 hit, “Fuck You.” Or more likely the “Forget You” radio edit.
