Axel-In-Charge: Bringing "Dead No More" to FCBD, the Original "Civil War's" Legacy
The former Governator continues his leap back into the world of film. In addition to a brief role in Expendables 2 and a lead part in the Western Last Stand, Arnold Schwarzenegger also has Black Sands on his plate.
Black Sands was originally described as the story of one man taking on a group of weapons manufacturers, but in a recent chat with TheArnoldFans.com, the actor revealed the film actually has a supernatural angle. “I’m a kind of angel,” he told the fan site but wouldn’t go into further detail.
It’s curious whether this was just an unrevealed aspect of the film or if there was a change to the script by Skip Woods (The A-Team, Swordfish), possibly by directors Scott Waugh and Mike McCoy, who worked on the upcoming Act of Valor. Schwarzenegger’s no stranger to the supernatural-action genre, though, with films like End of Days and Hercules in New York in his filmography.
