Last Airbender: Legend of Korra Premieres Fearless New Trailer

 

Nickelodeon has unveiled a new trailer for The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra, the eagerly awaited sequel to the hit Avatar: The Last Airbender.

The new series, which premieres sometime this year, picks up 70 years after the defeat of the Fire Lord, and follows the adventures of Aang’s successor Korra as she’s taught airbending by Ang and Katara’s son Tenzin in Republic City, a sprawling, crime-plagued metropolis threatened by a growing anti-bender revolution. Nickelodeon originally ordered just 12 episodes, but added another 14 last spring.
