New <i>Game of Thrones</i> Poster: <br />‘The North Remembers’  

HBO has unfurled the first of what Entertainment Weekly characterizes as “fan” ads for Game of Thrones Season 2 representing each of the major houses embroiled in the War of Five Kings, the bloody war for the Iron Throne that broke out following the death of Robert Baratheon. First up, House Stark.

The new season of the acclaimed fantasy drama, which will cover the events of George R.R. Martin’s novel A Clash of Kings, premieres Sunday, April 1 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.

    Got confused between the show timeline and the novel timeline and thought this was for The Red Wedding, when in actuality it is referring to the Lannisters’ treatment of Ned at the end of Season 1.

    I hope we get the poster for House Tyrell this time, my favorite family in the series!
