Awesome!!! Why isn’t Cap wearing his mask/helmet???

  • Greg

Because he looks silly in it?

  • Doop

Hate to nitpick but something seems odd about the aliens. Like they don’t have any real weight to them

  • Greatone_1970

Agreed.  Sick and tired of superhero movies that (a) have the hero with his mask off half the time to give the actor more face time; and (b) the ridiculous posing after jumping down from some place.  Say what you want about Christian Bale, at least he’s kept his ego in check.

  • Danbag302

Cap doesn’t need a mask. It’s no secret that he’s Steve Rogers.

  • Lord Prong

Stupidest comment I’ve read for a long time.

Thinking that Chris Evans has ANYTHING to do with the decision to wear/ not wear the mask is moronic in the extreme.  It’s the decision of the director/ producer.  The same applies to your apparently ego-less (have we forgotten the Alec Baldwin-like screaming tantrum?) Christian Bale, who at the end of the day, does what Nolan tells him to do.

  • pDUB

might that be that theyre from a different world? or maybe they arent quite done with the movie. or they reaaallly fucked something up.

    Niiiice. can”t wait

  • Mythos

It’s probably been burnt off by one of those raygun shots.

  • Mythos

The one thing I’m absolutely loving about the Marvel Cinematic Universe is that it doesn’t go on the idiotic cliché of assuming a mask that doesn’t cover the eyes and mouth might actually hide an identity. So far, the only character in the series who’s managed to keep a secret identity was Iron Man, who’s clad in a suit of armor, so it made sense – and, even so, he admitted his identity by the end of the first movie. It’s great how they discard the cliché completely and go for something more logical.

  • Kinglpx5

Actually it just a coincidence that Marvel Cinematic Universe features no superheroes that need to hide their identity in the comics. I believe that Iron Man use to, hide his identity in the comics, but he revealed his identity some time ago.
