Brevoort Talks "Captain America's" Shocking, Controversial Twist
Warner Bros. and Marvel will return to Hall H at Comic-Con International in San Diego next month with first-look footage of Man of Steel and Iron Man 3, Variety reports. That will be quite a feat for director Shane Black’s Iron Man sequel, which only began production last month.
According to the trade paper, Warner Bros. has staked out a three-hour block, during which the studio is expected to showcase director Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim. Odds are that Disney will present Oz: The Great and Powerful, Wreck-It Ralph and The Lone Ranger.
Sony, meanwhile, may offer an extended look at Total Recall, which opens Aug. 3, with Lionsgate-Summit bringing the final installment of the Twilight Saga franchise and The Expendables 2.
Comic-Con International will be held July 12-15 at the San Diego Convention Center.
