Joss Whedon and Firefly Cast to Reunite for Comic-Con Panel

The crew of Serenity is getting back together — for an hour or so, at least.

Science, the cable channel that airs reruns of Firefly, will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the short-lived, but much-loved, sci-fi series with a panel next month at Comic-Con International that reunites creator Joss Whedon with executive producer Tim Minear and cast members Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk, Adam Baldwin, Sean Maher, Michael Fairman and “the rest of the crew of Serenity.”

The panel will be held Friday, July 13 at 12:30 p.m. Hopefully, Science has secured a big enough room to hold all of those Browncoats.

Why this show isn’t being made again to carry on after wash & the comic series is BEYOND me. I bet they would all LOVE to do it again, at least 1 more movie!

The majority of them are currently in other projects so the series returning is highly unlikely. Even a movie at this point is kinda pushing it.

I’m aware of what they’re all involved with currently, I simply meant it was a great show I’m sure if it was an option they would all be doing that as opposed to other projects. Far fetched as it is, it would be great if it happened.
