Dark Knight Rises Site Launches

With three weeks until the premiere of Christopher Nolan’s third and final Batman film, we’ve begun to see the big promotional push for The Dark Knight Rises, including countless television spots in heavy rotation. To further ramp up excitement, Warner Bros. just launched the official Dark Knight Rises website.
The site gives an official synopsis for the movie, which doesn’t really say much about the plot, and offers downloadable wallpapers and new stills of Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle, Christian Bale as Batman, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon and Tom Hardy as Bane. You can also follow links to a website set up solely to design your own Tumbler, play The Fire Rises and even purchase the soundtrack.
Opening July 20, The Dark Knight Rises also stars Marion Cotillard as Miranda Tale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt as John Blake, Michael Caine as Alfred and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox.
