Silent Hill: Revelation Trailer Debuts

Yahoo! Movies has debuted the first trailer for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D, the video-game adaptation that reunites Game of Thrones stars Sean Bean and Kit Harington for a return to the creepy town engulfed in an alternate dimension.

Directed by Michael J. Bassett (Solomon Kane), the sequel to 2006’s Silent Hill centers on Heather Mason (played by Adelaide Clemens) and her father Christopher Da Silva (Bean, reprising his role), who have spent years evading forces she doesn’t fully understand. On the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she’s not who she thinks she is — a revelation that that threatens to trap her in Silen Hill forever.

The film, which opens Oct. 26, also stars Radha Mitchell, Carrie-Anne Moss, Malcolm McDowell, Deborah Kara Unger and Martin Donovan.

     First one was awesome!

Looks cool. Perhaps this is what A Nightmare on Elm Street should have been. A little nod to Hellraiser as well.

Finally the sequel, thought they would never make one. I’m glad they did and based on Silent Hill 2 the video game, can’t wait.

It’s Silent Hill 3.  But yeah, super cool.

Kind of looks exactly like the first one. Not impressed.
The first game was creepy as hell, why can they ever seem to get it right in the movies.
And all the good movies are 3D, of course.
