SPIDER-MANDATE: The Lowe-down on "Secret Wars," Tie-Ins and Stacey Lee
Crack shot, ace combatant, ladies’ man, heavy-equipment operator — is there anything James Bond can’t do?
Apparently not, as you can see in the action-packed first clip from Skyfall, in which Daniel Craig’s 007 uses an excavator to tear his way into a speeding passenger train. Hey, if you don’t have a ticket, what else are you supposed to do?
Directed by Sam Mendes, Skyfall finds 007′s loyalty to M (Judi Dench) tested as her past comes back to haunt her. When MI6 comes under attack, Bond must track down and destroy the threat, no matter what the personal cost.
The 23rd Bond film, which also stars Javier Bardem, Berenice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace and Tonia Sotiropoulou, opens in the United Kingdom Oct. 26 and in the United States Nov. 9.
