The same issue of Empire magazine in which J.J. Abrams confirms Disney offered him a chance to helm Star Wars: Episode VII includes nearly a dozen new images from Star Trek Into Darkness, the much-anticipated sequel to the director’s blockbuster 2009 franchise reboot.
The February issue, which arrives on newsstands Thursday with two covers featuring Chris Pine and Benedict Cumberbatch, boasts multiple shots of both actors, as well as images of Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Alice Eve and Bruce Greenwood.
