NYCC: The Dark Knight 30th Anniversary with Frank Miller and More
With just a month to go until the highly anticipated premiere of Star Trek Into Darkness, Paramount Pictures has released a final full-length trailer for director J.J. Abrams’ sequel that’s just … well, epic. If you weren’t excited for this film before, this just may change your mind.
While the other trailers (and posters, and TV spots) have focused primarily on Benedict Cumberbatch’s villainous John Harrison, this one turns the spotlight back on our primary protagonists Kirk (Christopher Pine) and Spock (Zachary Quinton), and also shows more of the apparent destruction of the Enterprise. It’s well worth a watch.
You can watch the trailer below or in HD at Apple.com. Opening May 17, Star Trek Into Darkness also stars Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Alice Eve and Peter Weller.
