is set in a post-apocalyptic future where a failed attempt to stop global warming plunged the planet into a new ice age. The only survivors are crammed onto Snowpiercer, a massive train that travels around the globe, powered by a perpetual-motion engine. Over time a class system has evolved, with the elites living in the front of the train, and the poor forced to remain in the back. But a revolution occurs when some of the poor, fed up with the miserable conditions, attempt to take control of the engine.
