INTERVIEW: Duggan's "Deadpool" Deals with the Pressures of High Profile Heroics
Director Colin Trevorrow is bringing the dinosaurs back to Isla Nublar.
Alleged plot details on Jurassic Park 4 have surfaced on JoBlo.com, and if they’re accurate, they suggest that Trevorrow is bringing the franchise back to its Steven Spielberg-helmed roots. Spoilers in the report, and a few ahead.
According to the site, Jurassic Park 4 takes place on the island where the original film was set. Not only that, but the park itself has reopened: “Isla Nublar is now an actual theme park, as originally intended by John Hammond in the first film. It garners 10 million visitors per year and is completely safe — until it’s not. The park itself is described as very Sea World-esque and includes an area called the Isla Nublar Lagoon. That means underwater dino’s for the first time.”
There are even more details here, but again, proceed with caution.
Jurassic Park 4 is targeting a summer 2015 release.
