Vaughan & Chiang's "Paper Girls" Builds a Familiar Yet Disconcerting World
Johnny Depp has some brotherly company for his next crime-spree.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor is set to star in Warner Bros. and Cross Creek’s Black Mass, about legendary Boston mobster and FBI informant Whitey Bulger. Now, Variety reports, another new actor is in the mix: Guy Pearce, fresh off his turn as the villainous Aldrich Killian in Iron Man 3. He joins Black Mass as one of Bulger’s brothers.
In addition to Depp and Pearce, Black Mass stars Joel Edgerton as FBI agent John Connelly. Scott Cooper of Out of the Furnace and Crazy Heart is set to direct.
