’24’ Running Out of Time on Netflix

Damn it, Chloe, we’re running out of time to rewatch 24!

Variety reports Netflix plans to drop 24 from its streaming service next week. All 202 episodes of the real-time thriller will expire on April 1 — and that’s no joke for fans of the series who are binge-watching in order to catch up in time for 24: Live Another Day, the new Kiefer Sutherland-starring miniseries that premieres May 5.

On the bright side, 24 will remain available to Amazon Prime Instant Video members after the series leaves Netflix. If keeping up with Jack Bauer is your main objective, then that’s the place to do it.

Bauer returns in 24: Live Another Day, set in London and featuring series veterans Mary Lynn Rajskub as Chloe O’Brian, Kim Raver as Audrey Raines and William Devane as James Heller. The Hollywood Reporter has new photos of the set, including the CIA’s London headquarters (pictured above) and Chloe’s new hacker den (pictured below).

Dang it! I just finished Season One. Put off watching the show for too long. Hope it gets a last minute renewal since other fox shows are still on a contract.

That stool looks uncomfortable. Particularly for hackers (or anyone who works with computers), considering the long hours they need to be in front of their computers.

Phew, lucky I have all of that on DVD and watched it all then. Mind you I can see it all being put back eventually, it’s just too iconic a TV show to remain off forever.
Given how Netflix is about to have all these awesome exclusive Marvel shows next year I have this nagging worry they’ll be forced to take off all their DC stuff like Arrow and the Justice League and Batman Beyond cartoons I’m meaning to watch sooner or later.

Ouch, I feel you dude, that’s some seriously great seasons you’re going to miss out on. :(
