NYCC PREVIEW: DC Debuts Miller, Janson & Kubert's "Dark Knight III" Interior Art
After starring in The Wolf of Wall Street, Leonardo DiCaprio’s next film could see the actor skinning actual wolves.
Deadline reports the five-time Oscar nominee is attached to star in The Revenant, director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s adaptation of Michael Punke’s 2002 novel.
DiCaprio will play Hugh Glass, a 19th-century fur trapper who’s mauled by a grizzly bear, and subsequently robbed and left for dead in the wilderness by his companions. Glass survives, and sets out to seek revenge against the men who betrayed him.
Production on the New Regency film begins in September.
