Melissa McCarthy is about to enter the world of high-stakes espionage, and she’s getting some help in the form of two very capable co-stars.
Vulture reports that television veterans Morena Baccarin (Homeland, Firefly) and Allison Janney (The West Wing) have joined the cast of Spy, the upcoming comedy that reunites McCarthy with Bridesmades and The Heat director Paul Feig.
McCarthy plays a secret agent who operates alongside an all-star list of actors, including Jude Law, Jason Statham, Rose Byrne and more. For their parts, Baccarin and Janney are getting in on the spy action, playing CIA agents named Karen Walker and Elaine Crocker, respectively.
Spy hits theaters on Memorial Day weekend in 2015.
