Sheppard plays the fan-favorite demon Crowley, who was introduced as King of the Crossroads in Season 5 before going on to secure the throne of Hell. He’s become a staple of the series, sometimes opposing the Winchesters while other times assisting them (although almost always f0r his own gain).

A veteran of genre television, Sheppard has also appeared on such series as Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Doctor Who and Dollhouse.
