The next film in the Fast and Furious franchise is changing its release date yet again — except this time, it’s moving a little bit faster.
Universal Pictures has announced Fast & Furious 7 will hit theaters on April 3, 2015. That’s one week earlier than its recently vacated April 10 release date. Fast & Furious 7 was originally scheduled for release on July 11, 2014, but the studio was forced to change that date following the tragic death of leading man Paul Walker.
Fast & Furious 7 once again stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker (with an assist from brothers Caleb and Cody), Dwayne Johnson and other veterans of the series. Newcomers include Kurt Russell and Jason Statham.
