X-Men-Based "Legion" Ordered to Series on FX
TV, Comic Books
Both parts of the stage production “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” — the official eighth story in J.K. Rowling’s blockbuster series — will be published in July as a script book, Scholastic and Pottermore announced this morning.
A “special rehearsal edition” will be released just after midnight on July 31 in the United States and Canada, to be replaced by a “definitive collector’s edition.”
Written by Rowling and Jack Thorne, “Cursed Child” picks up just after the epilogue of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” where an adult Harry waves off his children at Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.
“Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” opens July 30 at the Palace Theatre in London.
