New Line has picked up Duncan Rouleau’s 2009 Image Comics miniseries The Great Unknown, attaching MacGruber‘s Jorma Taccone to direct the action-comedy from a script by Michael Starrbury.
Man of Action Studios — comics and television creators Duncan Rouleau, Joe Casey, Joe Kelly and Steven T. Seagle — have announced three new development projects: a film adaptation of Rouleau’s The Great Unknown, a TV adaptation of Casey’s Kafka, and a series of animated shorts by Casey and Jim Mahfood.
Producer Joel Silver is developing a live-action feature based on the wildly popular Cartoon Network franchise created by comic-book veterans Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle.
