NBC has officially announced its hit sitcom The Office will end following the upcoming ninth season, with original showrunner Greg Daniels returning to shepherd the show’s swan song.
Rumor is that Greg Daniels, who adapted The Office for American television, will pitch NBC on a reshuffling of the hit comedy some have dubbed The Office 2.0.
