Guillermo del Toro has revealed a few more clues about Dark Universe, the potential Warner Bros. film involving DC Comics supernatural characters like Swamp Thing, Deadman, Zatanna and John Constantine. It was previously referred to as Heaven Sent.
Acclaimed filmmaker Guillermo del Toro talks with Spinoff Online about DreamWorks Animation’s Rise of the Guardians, the character drama at the heart of Pacific Rim, and his childhood love for Swamp Thing and the Demon.
After some initial confusion, Guillermo del Toro confirms that he and Warner Bros. executives “are still just discussing” a potential movie featuring such DC Comics occult characters as John Constantine, Swamp Thing, Zatanna and Deadman.
