Oscar nominee Michael Clarke Duncan, remembered for his roles in such films as The Green Mile, Daredevil, Sin City and Green Lantern, died Monday from complications of a heart attack. He was 54.

Following weeks of rumors, the Academy Award nominee has finally begun negotiations to provide the voice of the Green Lantern Corps’ porcine drill instructor.
Warner Bros. is expected to make it official later today that the Academy Award winner will lend his voice to the CG-animated alien. Michael Clarke Duncan is also rumored to be in talks to play Kilowog.
