A new image has arrived of Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Girl from Super Best Friends Forever, the series of animated shorts by My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic creator Lauren Faust that will air as part of Cartoon Network’s DC Nation block.
Along with word of the new animated series, starring Batman, Alfred and Katana, comes more details on the DC Nation block, which will include shorts featuring Plastic Man, Doom Patrol, Batgirl, Supergirl and Wonder Girl.
Who isn’t returning for Smallville‘s final year? We already know that Hawkman and Supergirl will be making reappearances, but now another superhero is coming back for another chance at television greatness.
The jury may still be out about whether or not Clark will manage to slip on his Super-suit before the end of Smallville‘s tenth and final season (He will, let’s face it), but it’s official that his cousin will look pretty familiar when she returns…
