After a public falling out, director Michael Bay and actor Megan Fox have reconciled their differences and are set to work together with Fox starring at April O’Neil in the upcoming TMNT big-screen reboot.
Paramount Pictures has changed the title of the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot to simply Ninja Turtles, producer Michael Bay has confirmed: “”The characters you all remember are exactly the same, and yes they still act like teenagers. Everything you remember, why you liked the characters, is in the movie.”
Michael Bay has responded to negative reaction to his description of the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as featuring Turtles “from an alien race.” “Relax, we are including everything that made you become fans in the first place,” he said. “We are just building a richer world.”
Paramount Pictures has hired Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec to rewrite its planned reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which the studio thinks could become its next big franchise.
Platinum Dunes co-founder and producer Bradley Fuller gave status updates on Friday the 13th, Part 2, Monster Squad and the sequel to 2007′s TMNT.
