Oblivion director Joseph Kosinski and Pacific Rim writer Travis Beacham join forces to create a new sci-fi pilot for AMC called Ballistic City.
Legendary Pictures has hired Travis Beacham, who wrote the original treatment for Pacific Rim, to collaborate with Guillermo del Toro on the script for the sequel. The film opens July 12.
Apparently pleased with what they’ve seen from Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel, Warner Bros. executives reportedly are lining up potential writers for a sequel, more than a year and a half before the Superman reboot premieres.
